Q: When do you go live?
A: Starting from September 2024, we will run Alpha and later Beta trials free of charge, but without any warranty. We will begin offering paid services no earlier than January 1, 2025.
Q: Can I change the specs of my dedicated server once it's ordered?
A: Yes, our services are designed to allow you to easily modify the number of slots, RAM, cores, core affinity, and even the game server you wish to run. There are some restrictions, such as the number of times you may switch. Upgrades are always possible, but downgrades can only be performed once a month to prevent abuse. If you upgrade your server, your expiration date will be adjusted earlier, whereas if you downgrade, your expiration date will be extended.
Q: Do you offer auto-renewal?
A: No, we do not offer auto-renewal. However, we will send you reminder emails 5 days, 3 days, and 8 hours before your account is due to expire. If you miss these reminders and your account expires, your server will shut down. Nevertheless, we will preserve your settings, including game files, backups, server configuration, IP address, and used ports, for 30 days after the expiration date, should you decide to return. You can renew your services at any time during these 30 days.
